What format are the guides?
Every guide is a PDF. It opens on any device, and you can print it or work through it on screen.
How do I get my download?
Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through, the download is on the confirmation page and under My orders, which you can open any time by asking for a sign-in link to your email.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout is handled by Stripe and there's no account to create. Your email address is how you get back to your downloads.
Are any of the guides free?
Yes. Some guides are free in exchange for an email address, with the same licence and an unsubscribe link in every email.
Can I get a refund?
A download can't be given back, so sales are final. If a file won't open, arrives damaged, or plainly isn't what the page said, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Can I share a guide with my team?
You can use it in your own business: print it, scribble on it, work through it with your staff. Please don't resell it, share the file or your download link publicly, or republish it as your own.
Where does the money go?
