Guides and templates

Every guide is a digital file, so there's nothing to send back and sales are final. If a file won't open, arrives damaged, or plainly isn't what the page said, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Can't find your download?

That one's a quick fix. Your files are on the confirmation page and under My orders, which you can open any time by asking for a sign-in link to the email you checked out with.

Group chat membership

You can cancel any time from your membership page. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

How to ask

Send us a message on the contact page or email [email protected]. Tell us the email you ordered with, which guide it was and what went wrong.
